A 13-year-old witch with the ability to fly via broom. Mostly taken from the Disney dub, canon point is post-movie. She has her flying abilities back, but she can no longer understand her black cat familiar, Jiji, when he talks. It's no longer human speech, just typical cat sounds. That doesn't mean he's any less her friend though. From late 80's/early 90's but can easily AU her forward in time to present day.
